Do courses include a certificate of completion?

Yes. Most courses include a downloadable certificate after you pass the end-of-module checks. Certificates document hours and module outcomes relevant to typical licensing requirements, but they are not a government license.

What is your refund policy?

If a course does not match its description and you have completed less than 20% of the content, contact us within 14 days for a review. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Will I need specific brands of tools for PEX or copper modules?

No. We demonstrate with multiple tool styles and note any brand-unique steps. You will see equivalents and how to adapt pressure tests accordingly.

Do you support team enrollments?

Are gas modules safe for beginners?
